Here's the deal ... Pass a law that says that , within 90 days , to qualify for SNAP , WELFARE or SECTION 8 HOUSING , you have to produce an CERTIFIED US BIRTH CERTIFICATE or CERTIFIED CITIZENSHIP PAPERS ALONG WITH A STATE ISSUED PICTURE ID or DRIVERS LICENSE.. Also , if you are not disabled or elderly , you can only draw benefits for 6 months..
