Was it necessarily a fair test? The driver was unable to read from a children’s book. I wonder how many black and Hispanic long haul drivers could have passed such a grueling and devastating literacy test?Now you might wonder why I ask this question especially concerning minority Americans. It’s because 80+ percent of black and Hispanic students being excreted from the public schools cannot read. —-> DENY IT.
