🚨BREAKING: Inside Antifa’s Underground Network — How “Book Fairs” Became Recruitment Hubs for America’s Radical Left
Federal authorities have begun to turn their sights on Antifa’s sprawling domestic terror networks — and the money and ideology that sustain them. But as investigators close in on the financiers, a more hidden world is emerging — one that operates not in the shadows of back alleys, but out in the open, behind tables piled high with books, zines, and anarchist propaganda.
In a stunning undercover investigation, Turning Point USA’s Frontlines embedded journalists inside the Oakland and Seattle Anarchist Book Fairs — expos that masquerade as “literary” gatherings but in reality serve as breeding grounds for extremism, radicalization, and violence.
“The epidemic of left-wing violence and Antifa-inspired terror has been escalating for nearly a decade,” one investigator said. “These are agitators, anarchists — and they’re paid.”
The expos revealed a world where far-left militants openly recruit new members, train for direct action, and distribute literature detailing how to organize, riot, and “resist the system” — all under the guise of free expression.
Dr. Karlyn Borysenko, a political commentator and researcher who went undercover with Frontlines, described what she saw as a “coordinated movement hiding behind book covers.”
“A lot of this stuff is about doing illegal things,” Borysenko explained. “They coordinate through zines, through publishing houses like CrimethInc. It’s where the next generation of Antifa militants are born.”
Among the materials found were manuals on sabotage, anti-police warfare, and martial arts for ‘anti-fascists.’ Attendees were seen handing out propaganda on how to resist federal arrests, and even how to manufacture abortion pills at home — a key part of what Borysenko says is Antifa’s “gender liberation” ideology.
“They believe abortion is critical to overthrowing capitalism,” Borysenko said. “If women can reject motherhood, they believe they can destroy the capitalist family structure itself.”
One vendor even invited attendees to pledge allegiance to Satan, presenting the “Church of Satan Anarchists” table complete with a modified Antifa logo featuring devil horns.
“Satan, the eternal rebel, the first free thinker,” one masked participant recited.
The next day, the team infiltrated Seattle’s Anarchist Book Fair, hosted at The Vera Project, where the atmosphere was no different — anti-police, anti-capitalist, and aggressively anti-American. A massive “Wall of Fascists” displayed photos of conservative journalists, including the undercover reporters themselves.
“They want to overthrow the government,” said citizen journalist Matthew Adams, who has covered Antifa for years. “They’re absolutely trying to recruit.”
Once exposed, the team was chased from the venue by a group of transgender activists, shouting obscenities as they fled.
Even as federal authorities ramp up prosecutions of suspected Antifa members following President Donald Trump’s executive order labeling the group a domestic terrorist organization, experts warn that the real battle is ideological.
“If law enforcement isn’t looking at the bookstores and the book fairs,” Borysenko cautioned, “then they’re missing how this network actually operates.”
From Oakland to Seattle, these “book fairs” are far more than they appear — they are frontlines in a war of ideas, a decentralized campaign to radicalize, recruit, and destabilize the country from within.
“Cutting off the money helps,” one federal source said, “but this isn’t just about funding. Antifa runs on ideology — and that’s much harder to kill.”
The investigation underscores a growing realization among law enforcement: the threat from Antifa is not just violent street riots — it’s an underground culture of indoctrination, subversion, and hate, hiding in plain sight.
