🚨 America’s Future Files Third Circuit Amicus Brief in Second Amendment Case America’s Future filed an amicus brief with the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit in Ronald Koons, et al. v NJ OAG (Dkt. No. 23-1900), consolidated with Aaron Siegel, et al. v NJ OAG (Dkt. No. 23-2043). Both challenge NJ’s concealed carry law, Chapter 131.
