Don't know what I'm gonna do with this heavy Beagle boy. Pic doesn't really show his weight gain but he's gotten real broad at the shoulders the last two years. He can barely fit through the dog door now without the comical squeeze through. 😂🤣 I was feeding him regular servings with vegetables but the last couple of months have him on half rations with more vegetables to curb his appetite and hopes to slim him down. He's actually not obese and he is very active. Anyone who's had Beags knows of their ravenous desire to eat.

Alfie's put on about 2 lbs since I got him which is a lot for a small dog. I have him on Science Diet Light and Evanger's vegetarian canned food along with some boiled chicken.

Needs vitamins and minerals added to the food you give him. You'd be better off only feeding him quality canned dog food since it has vitamins and minerals.
