Judge Heather K. McShain is a U.S. Magistrate Judge serving in the Northern District of Illinois.She oversees cases including civil and (of course) —> immigration-related proceedings, as noted on the official court website. She released both offenders involved in the ramming of federal agents this past Saturday.
