Matthew 15:12 – “Then came his disciples, and said unto him, Knowest thou that the Pharisees were offended, after they heard this saying?”➡ The Pharisees were o p e n l y offended by truth that exposed their hypocrisy.T r u t h comes from the Word of God. If you are a t r u e follower of Jesus Christ, then truth will never offend you. However, if you t h i n k like a Pharisee, (religious) you will easily be offended since truth and religious behaviour differs. Lucifer, (who becomes the devil) was religious but with time, truth offended him, which caused him to fall from heaven. You? You can be v e r y religious yet no different than the heart of the Lucifer. Truth does n o t consider your feelings, emotional state, or any deceits and lies that you are living or telling.Now, if truth still offends, t h e n judgments from God will be heavy within your life and those around you. When you lie, deceive, hurt others and then a c t offended by truth, then you invite God’s judgment within your life and even to others who are around you who are supportive of your bad behavior. Repent or face harsh Judgments from God!
