Acts 8:22 (KJV) Repent therefore of this thy wickedness, and pray God, if perhaps the thought of thine heart may be forgiven thee.WICKEDNESS: It’s the o p p o s i t e of righteousness. The w o r l d wants to be okay with what God has deemed wicked and then to make wicked what God says is right. The d e v i l, Mr. Evil, knows how to b r I n g about c o n f u s i o n over issues that have always been understood as wicked. How does Satan so easily t u r n the minds of God’s creation? 1). V i l i f y the Bible. Make it sound old and o u t d a t e d. It’s not cool, it’s restrictive, it’s just written by man, it’s too hard to understand and then why read it or follow it when I can have so much fun without it.2). V i l i f y Church: Church doesn’t fit my concept of worship. Church is filled with hypocrites. The preacher preaches to long but you can easily watch a two hour football game, the music isn’t as exciting as my hardcore musicians, and finally Sunday is my day of rest, to sleep, to watch games. 3). V i l i f y the Christians or the Christian life: All Christians think they are better than others, Christians can’t have fun, Christians are a bore, Christians are hypocrites, Christians only care for each other, and then there are ‘those’ Christians who talk like me, drink like me, party like me, act like me so why should I’ve be a hypocrite like them.Now, if s a t a n has confused you with his lies, then it’s TIME to REPENT!God will n e v e r allow for any e x c u s e s no matter how reasonable you make them sound. So, you either R e p e n t of wickedness or face God’s Judgment!
