The Judeo/Christian ethic is the basis for American culture and the U.S. Constitution, the American culture of truth, justice and the American Way (Superman’s creed) as the ultimate goal of our founding fathers. That goal is freedom, fairness and equality for all. Only in America are you guaranteed the right to free speech, press, worship and protest. Only in America do you have the right to question authority and the decisions they make. Only in America do you have the right to vote those leaders out of positions of authority. Only in America do you have the right to choose your own destiny in the pursuit of happiness. The only caveat to the execution of these rights is that they only extend to the point whereas they don’t infringe upon anyone else’s rights. No other country, no other government can legitimately make that claim! Socialism, Communism, Monarchy, Califate, Dictatorship, Oligarchy, Commonwealth, etc. fall far short of defending and supporting the type of freedom we have here in the United States of America. We are NOT perfect and suffer from the same types of corruption as do all the others however, we are now doing a lot of clean-up and eliminating as much corruption as possible as fast as possible and it is a very difficult big job. The USA is not perfect, but it is a damn sight better than anything else on Earth at this time.
