America’s Future Files SCOTUS Brief to Protect America’s Separation of Powers Doctrine America’s Future filed an amicus brief with the Supreme Court of the Untied States (SCOTUS) in Donald Trump, President of the United States v Rebecca Slaughter (25A264). The brief was filed in support of President Trump’s Application for a Stay of a lower court order issued by the United States District Court for the District of Columbia requiring the immediate reinstatement of Ms. Slaughter to her former high-level position within the federal government as Commissioner of the Federal Trade Commission (FTC).
