If anyone is a fan of healthy smoothies, here is a lovely very easy recipe : 2 bananas, 2 tablespoons honey, a cup of Almond milk, 2 tablespoons of flaxseed, 1/4 cup plain greek yogurt, (the more you add the thicker the smoothie gets) all measurements are approximate and one can increase/decrease the amounts, due to your tastes and in whatever amounts you like. Put all ingredients into a smoothie maker or blender and high speed for about a minute or two. Enjoy !
