The father of Irina Zarutskaya, a Ukrainian refugee killed in the USA, was not allowed to leave Ukraine for her funeral because he is of conscription age, reports Daily Mail.Because of this, Stanislav Zarutsky was "devastated."Irina left for the USA three years ago at the age of 20. The obituary written by her family states that she was a "talented and passionate artist, graduated from the Synergy College in Kiev with a degree in art and restoration."
