At around 5pm Eastern - 4pm Central a South Dakota friend posted the following...Snow turning to freezing sleet/drizzle. I-29 very slick by Sioux Falls with multiple cars in ditches and a semi off the 4 leaf clover. Slow down so you make it to your destination.
