Daniel Penny former marine on the right was charged for manslaughter and criminally negligent homicide for fatally choking Jordan Neely who attacked passengers on the subway'Guy on the left not one person tried stopping him and he KILLED a innocent girl.. We need more Daniels!!!!!!!!!
