If the President has term limits, so shall congress, etc. None of this long term (lifetime) career bull shit. Because as we all can see, their long terms lead to them working for the money, and NOT for the people.

No, Senator's cannot serve anymore than two six year term limits whether consecutive or not. That means a total of 12 years of public service. No more getting cozy and possessive.
