The politicians asked for the files to be release and the survivors said they don’t need a client list released because they know the names and they will be compiling and releasing them. That sounds good except is this going to be another, “me too” movement moment where we are supposed to “believe all women” and ask no questions? They said to stay tuned, so let’s see what they come up with and which politicians are standing next to them as the names are read aloud. President Trump said thousands of pages of the files have been released and more will be. However, there’s been no rush to do it, because as he said, with the redactions that must legally be made, there will always be people who are not satisfied with the amount that was released and that’s true. As long as there are redactions there will always be questions, and therefore the president’s attitude is, why bother.
