A San Bernardino family was illegally stopped by ICE agents last week. The agents were masked, in unmarked vehicles, wore no identification and refused repeated requests to identify themselves or explain why they had stopped the driver. When the agents started to break the windows of the driver’s vehicle, he fled fearing for his life. As he drove away one of the ICE agents fired three shots into the passenger door of the vehicle. After the incident the driver, Francisco Longoria, was arrested at his home by federal agents and he has been charged with assaulting federal agents, although at his first court hearing this week the U.S. prosecutor told the judge that he wasn’t aware of any injuries suffered by the agents and video of the incident completely contradicts statements made by the agents and the Justice Department. This is Donald Trump’s America, where anyone can be charged and prosecuted for imaginary crimes or stopped and detained for no other reason than being Brown skinned.#crime #justice #accountability #police #UnitedStates #government #america #Politics #truth
