Sydney Sweeney is a avid mechanic and has restored her very own vintage cherry-red 69’ Bronco. Her love of cars stemmed from when she was young and she even worked as a mechanic in a body shop when she wasn't busy with her acting. "I've always been a huge fan of vintage vehicles," she explained, adding: "My babysitters (twin sisters) when I was little actually used to be race car drivers, and I'd go to the track a lot, and I thought I was going to be a race car driver when I grew up." When discussing the Broncos renovation, Sydney revealed ; “My best friend’s Dad, Rod Emory, he builds and restores classic Porsches,” , she continued: “I brought it [the Bronco] to his shop and he cleared out a section for me.". She then explained the extensive work she did on the car; "I changed the transmission, I changed all the brakes, all the interior – pretty much everything on the car.”
