All of a sudden traffic on I-695 came to a complete stop , after about 10 minutes a guy came by and I asked him what was going on... He said that terrorists had taken over the capitol and if they didn't get 50 million dollars they were going to put gasoline on all the congressmen & set them on fire.. I asked how much most people were contributing towards the ransom and he said about 2 gallons..
