Let's get one thing clear. California Law didn't give this ILLEGAL a DRIVER LICENSE. The Clerk and the Officer who rode with this ILLEGAL on a driver Test. English WASN'T REQUIRED. COULDN'T SPEAK ENGLISH. Add to that if you can't speak English, then you DAM SURE CAN'T READ ENGLISH. DUH. The Clerk and Testing Officer spoke Spanish. Duh. The Family of these people who where Kill needs to SUE THE LIVING HELL OUT OF THOSE INVOLVED AT THE DMV giving a PASSING GRADE TO THIS ILLEGAL. A TIME BOMB UNLEASHED ON THE AMERICAN PEOPLE. THEN SUE THE STATE AS WELL.
