Our love of God is in our actions as much as it is in our actions. The love of God is active and practical, evident in how we live our lives. We are to keep the instructions of God at heart, and ensure that they are a part of our lives. It is hypocrisy to say you love God but live in a manner that is totally contrary to His will.
