WINNING FOR OUR CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS Good news from the NY State Appellate Division for President Trump, who America’s Future supported with an amicus brief in New York v Trump, et al., to vacate the fine. The fine was imposed by activist NY Judge Arthur Engoron in abject violation of the “excessive fines” clause of the 8th Amendment and the Due Process Clause under the 14th Amendment.
