Mark 10:18 (KJV) And Jesus said unto him, Why callest thou me good? [there is] n o n e good but one, [that is], God. NONE GOOD?Yes, you can be a 'g o o d' person, a good parent, a good teacher, a good worker, a good husband/wife, a good son/daughter, a good uncle/aunt, a good grandparent, but in God's eyes, you are still a good for nothing sinner who deserves Hell since your g o o d n e s s doesn't measure up to the 'G O O D N E S S' of God.Never m a k e the m i s t a k e of comparing your human goodness with God's a t t r i b u t e of G O O D N E S S. They are n o t equal and there is no equivalence between ours and the goodness of God. This is w h y you need the Saviour, Jesus Christ, to atone for your sins. Only Jesus died for your sin and only Jesus can r e d e e m you from your sin. Without Jesus, you are no good.Now, are you making the mistake of 't h i n k i n g' you are good enough to get to heaven on your own?
