#news Three people are dead after a Semi-Truck driver pulls an illegal U-turn, Driver's identity and legal status in question. #florida The Florida Highway Patrol (FHP) continues its homicide investigation, with no charges filed against the driver yet. Investigators say that the semi-truck tried to make a U-turn at an "official use only" turnaround, a maneuver - which is strictly prohibited for civilian vehicles and especially dangerous for large rigs. This U-turn directly led to a minivan becoming wedged under the truck's trailer, 2 people died at the scene and another person died at the hospital. Authorities have not yet released the name and legal status of the driver, leaving many to speculate that an American was not behind the wheel. Questions are now being raised about border security and driver certification as hundreds of thousands of illegal migrants were fast tracked into CDL's during the Biden administration without proper vetting, requirements, tests and in many cases, without speaking english. The issue has now become: allowing potentially under qualified foreign nationals to haul loads across state lines without proper training, testing or oversight. Witnesses and dashcam footage captured the semi crossing from the right lane into oncoming traffic. The blue 2024 International semi-tractor trailer, hauling a box load, suddenly veered into the restricted area, blocking the path of a black 2015 Chrysler Town & Country minivan traveling in the left lane. The minivan's driver had no time to react, slamming into the trailer at highway speeds. The 30-year-old driver of the van from Florida City, was airlifted to HCA Florida Lawnwood Hospital where he later died. A 37-year-old female passenger from Pompano Beach, and a 54-year-old male passenger from Miami, were pronounced dead at the scene.The driver of the truck is a 25-year-old man based in Tracy, California. He was accompanied by a 28-year-old man who lives in Manteca, California. Authorities have not released their names publicly - it is unclear if the men are illegal migrants or were allowed into the country through one of Biden's parole programs and fast tracked into getting their CDL's without the proper training. #california People are now calling for ICE to verify if the driver is legal, has a green card, TPS (Temporary Protected Status), or is illegal.
