America’s Future is thrilled to have helped score this victory that upholds Arkansas’s SAFE Act, protecting children from “gender affirming” medical and surgical atrocities. The court also rejected the claim that the plaintiff parents had a right to transition their kids, concluding there was "no such right in this Nation's history and tradition."
