Democrats gonna Democrat — Klansmen parade in DC the Ku Klux Klan's first March on Washington Led by Democrat activist Hiram Evans, thirty-five thousand racists
marched along Pennsylvania Avenue to intimidate friends of freedom. They were
celebrating their terrorist organization's resurgence fifty years after
Republicans had defeated it in the 1870s. So much had Klansmen dominated
the 1924 Democratic National Convention that it was known as the Klanbake. Mindful of public safety, the Coolidge administration deployed troops to defend
federal buildings. A year later, the KKK returned for another march.https://rumble.com/v6xb95g-condemning-the-ku-klux-klans-first-march-on-washington.html
