About time use of Deadly Force was used on a unknown intruder assaulting a Military Base. How ever Civil Authorities will be involved as a JUDGE which is NOT AUTHORIZED for UCMJ LAW will decide. Civil Authorities control ends at the Main Gate and Fence of all Military Bases. Just like a US Embassy in Countries around the World. Which makes no DAM Difference except in the United States. Where Civil Authorities interfere with Military Law.
