The only oil I use for cooking is Olive Oil, virgin, extra virgin or even the 304 down the street, as long as her name is Olive...

Do ya know when olive oil is heated to smoke level, it's rancid.
Also, there's regular olive oil and there's medicinal olive oil.
Check Dr Gundry's Moroccan olive oil. It's 30x the polyphenols than regular olive oil off the shelf.
