Exclusive documents obtained by White Coat Waste reveal that an NIH-funded lab at Temple University plans to cut open the tiny chests of kittens, pry apart their ribs, and implant bands around their aortas — deliberately inducing heart failure. This will be done to 25 kittens (just 8 to 10 weeks old). They will be abused for months, then killed by cutting out their hearts while they’re still alive.
