Can anyone explain to me why the Trump Administration would fight tooth and nail to advance Penny Schwinn for Deputy Secretary of Education when she is opposed by every major conservative in the state of Tennessee?
If the Administration’s goal is to dismantle the Department of Education, why would a person with liberal street creds be tasked with drafting the plan? It is totally disrespectful to advance her knowing that she is opposed by Tennessee Senators.
