Several groups would be considered for this handout at the taxpayers expense however the descendants of today either on the oppressor side or the oppressed side are responsible for past behavior. Nobody owes you sh@t so take a lesson from those who decided to just suck it up and go the hell to work instead of whining while asking the living today for undeserved handouts.
