A Haitian Illegal migrant Ronald Joseph living in taxpayer funded housing in Sanctuary state, Massachusetts has been sentenced to 12–15 years in prison after pleading guilty to raping his then- 13-year-old daughter whom he impregnated.
Incredibly, despite a former director of the migrant shelter & the girl's school reporting the abuse & the girl's pregnancy between September 2023 and May 2024, Joseph was not arrested at the time of the assaults, but was instead moved to another shelter.
Only after national media outlets discovered the story MA law enforcement took action
