Biden’s mental deficiency and incompetence which is at the heart of the “auto-pen” scandal has been stalled by the wide spread use of the 5th amendment just like the Mafia and just like in the past everyone knows that they use it s a dodge when they are guilty just like organized crime. The only practical way around that situation legally is to bring in “low laying fruit”, someone less important than the top conspirators and give them immunity from prosecution at which time they are then forced to testify under oath. They have to be close enough to the truth to be credible yet be dirty enough to have something to hide and be afraid of going to prison for it. This would be leverage to get them to “turn States evidence” on the higher-ups.
