If they came across the border illegally, then yes, they are criminals. Illegals do not pay taxes because they can’t legally take a paycheck. If they’re paid under the table, then they don’t pay taxes.

Betsy the question is if a person is illegally in the US has job that pays him under the table with no taxes taken out, why pay taxes, why report the income that is being paid to you under the table. You have to suspend critical thinking to believe that bull shit.
