The difference between socialistic Communism and a Constitutional Republic is forced official charity and responsible government stewardship of other people’s money! Charity is a personal obligation that begins AND ENDS at home! Government has no right to give away tax money for any purpose that does not legitimately benefit all citizens equally! Indiscriminately playing favorites with tax revenues is, at the very least, tantamount to official deliberate theft and at the most, treason!
