(Medina v. Planned Parenthood South Atlantic) is a massive victory for the Pro-Life Movement. Redirecting Medicaid dollars away from abortion providers does not mean that low-income Americans are left without the care they need. On the contrary, it allows these dollars to go to where they will make a real impact; to the Federally Qualified Health Centers and Pregnancy Resource Centers (PRCs) that are serving women and families in crisis pregnancy situations.
