Go And TellJohn 20:21“Then said Jesus to them again, Peace be unto you: as my Father hath sent me, even so send I you.Mark 16:15“And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature.”I am afraid that when most Christians think of a missionary, they think of someone who goes off to a remote jungle and clears a path to a village so that they might share with those people the Gospel. While there may be some truth to that, every Christian has been sent to go and tell the Gospel to those who are lost. One does not have to go across an ocean to find someone who needs to be saved. It could be your neighbor down the road or across the street. It could be someone in your own family. It could be a co-worker or an acquaintance at school. Or it could be a stranger that you meet somewhere. Anywhere and everywhere there can be found people who are lost, and people who have never heard the first time that Jesus Christ came into this world to save sinners when they trust Him as their Lord and Saviour.Remember, if you are a Christian Jesus has sent you to go and tell the Gospel.Who have you told lately?
