The Ninth Circuit, in a unanimous decision, struck down California’s one gun a month law in Nguyen v. Bonta. America’s Future filed an amicus brief helping to score this win for the Second Amendment and our right to keep and bear arms. Good enough, an Obama judge joined two Trump appointees in this ruling.
