I can't find any such link to back up that claim. No Chicago cop would dare try it. ICE is accompanied by a whole host of various Federal law enforcement agencies, HSI, US Marshals, FBI, Border Patrol, and more. Anyone who tried it would end up in a Federal prison including the Mayor.
