2Corinthinas 7:10 For godly sorrow worketh repentance to salvation not to be repented of: but the sorrow of the world worketh death. TRUTH: Godly sorrow comes BEFORE repentance. True sorrow for sins will allow you to receive the acknowledging of the truth:2Timothy_2:25 In meekness instructing those that oppose themselves; if God peradventure will GIVE them repentance to the acknowledging of the truth;Preach the Word, watch God convict hearts of Sin, and when the Word is Preached and when Sorrow for Sin is present, it will lead to repentance that God will GIVE them.However, today there is no 'sorrow' for sin. There is no conviction of sins. THerefore, there is no repentance for sin yet people 'think' they are born again since they go to church, read their Bibles on Sunday, or been initiated into a church through baptism. Sitting in church or visiting the waters will never save anyone, yet these traditions bind you to your 'freedom' to sin. Religion always offers a way to 'look' religious and 'sound' religious but they always get the repentance and the gospel wrong. What are you trusting in for salvation? A church -- A name -- Water -- Works or the finished work of Jesus Christ at Calvary?
