#news Bill Gates purchased over one million shares of BioNTech stock months before C*vid hit, sold them in 2021 for a $242 million profit, then said the v*ccinne 'wasn't effective' #BillGates According to SEC filings, the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation purchased 1,038,674 shares of BioNTech in September 2019 at a pre-IPO price (price before the stock goes public) of $18.10 per share, totaling approximately $18.8 million. This purchase happened around the same time that The Gates Foundation co-sponsored something called Event 201 - which was an exercise simulating a global coronavirus pandemic - to allegedly identify preparedness gaps. In December of 2019, C*vid officially hit, becoming a pandemic that shut businesses down, closed schools and disrupted travel. December of 2020 - The first v*ccine for C*vid was administered & The FDA gave emergency use authorization to the Pfizer-BioNTech v*ccine. Billions of v*ccines are administered worldwide. In the third quarter of 2021 - at the height of the v*ccine and when many states were mandating the v*ccine, The Gates Foundation sold more than 900,000 shares of their BioNTech stock at $300 per share - making $260 million which is a $242 million profit. The foundation also sold additional BioNTech shares earlier and 1.4 million shares of CureVac, making another $50 million. The timing of the Q3 2021 sale coincided with BioNTech’s peak performance, as vaccine rollout was at its height. In November 2021- Bill gates started trashing the v*ccine saying “We need a new way of doing the vaccines,” saying that the C*VID-19 v*ccines, including mRNA-based ones, did not block transmission effectively, were not broad enough against variants, and had short duration, especially in older populations. These comments directly contradicted his earlier statements (pre-sell off) when he called the v*x magic. Gates is now being accused of a pump and dump scheme - with people like RFK Jr. saying he misled people about the product to inflate the stock price then sold it at its peak.
