I've seen where African immigrants have said that back home they'll also work a horse to death in a few weeks just to be left with no horse at all, rather than take care of it and have it for years.

30+ villages did this in Sierra Leone when we took them chickens. They didn't even wait for the first egg, just ate them as soon as we left. Foreign aid is just welfare

Reminds me of when zimbabwe chased off the white farmers, and were given seeds for crops. They ground the seeds for bread instead of planting them, if I recall.

I'm not against sending aid, BUT when nobody checks to make sure it 1 - Is getting to the people who need it, 2 - Is being used as intended.
