Alex Yonatan Flores-Arce is a CONVICTED RAPIST and criminal Honduran alien. We lodged an immigration detainer against him with Howard County, Md., Jan. 13. In other words, we asked them not to release him into the public because we planned to arrest him on immigration violations. The events of the past several months are SHOCKING, but they show the struggles ICE faces dealing with sanctuary jurisdictions: Oct. 17, 2024 | Howard County police arrested and charged Flores with second-degree rape. April 29, 2025 | The Howard County circuit court convicted him & the judge sentenced him to 15 years of confinement plus five years of supervised probation. May 5 – 22, 2025 | Howard County released him into the public, then arrested him again for probation violation and released him again from custody! Fortunately, ICE Baltimore’s fugitive operations team arrested him AT-LARGE as he walked out of the jail May 22.
