You should know that inserting the motor into the hull of the HOBIY PASSPORT 12.0 where the mirage goes is a tight fit.And should you decide to install the “weed guard” (which I did). It becomes an even tighter fit. It is doable. But patience and lubrication of the areas where the motor and weed guard rub against the Boat.My solution is to keep a small jar of petroleum jelly on hand to apply to the motor and to the left and right side of the weed guard. Before and after launching.Yup, patience is required but it is doable. Happy kayaking. 👈🏾👍🏽
