‘My friend Nancy was holidaying at Dunsborough,’ says Gail Holt (Cloud Appreciation Society Member 58,269), ‘a beachside town in Western Australia, and she decided to do a spot of “beach fishing”. There was no fish for dinner that night, but this shoal of Altocumulus came in for a look at the bait. When I told Nancy about the Cloud Appreciation Society, she was intrigued. We might have also hooked ourselves a new member.’
