Imagine a solitary man working through the night, unseen by neighbors, moving blocks of coral that rival the weight of those at Stonehenge—without cranes, crews, or modern tools. Ed Leedskalnin, a Latvian immigrant with a passion for magnetism and ancient knowledge, claimed to have uncovered the secrets of the pyramids. In Homestead, Florida, he quietly built Coral Castle, an architectural marvel made from more than 1,100 tons of oolitic limestone. Some of the stones weigh over 20 tons, yet Leedskalnin carved, transported, and set them with uncanny precision, aligning structures astronomically and creating perfectly balanced gates that could spin with a finger's push. No one ever witnessed his methods. He spoke cryptically about understanding the laws of weight and leverage and hinted at mysterious forces like magnetic currents. When he died in 1951, he left behind no detailed explanation—only Coral Castle, a riddle in stone that continues to defy conventional understanding and stir whispers of forgotten science

I've been to the Coral Castle many times. It always amazed me how you can push a rock that weighs tons with just your finger. It is also my understanding that he built this as a labour of Love. Can't recall the whole story, something to do with an immigrant lady.
