We Shall See Him!A very good preacher friend and mentor of mine once said to me, “What keeps me going is knowing that one day I shall see Him”.1 John 3:2“Beloved, now are we the sons of God, and it doth not yet appear what we shall be: but we know that, when he shall appear, we shall be like him; for we shall see him as he is.”Life has its share of many ups and downs. Some days I feel like I am riding a roller coaster and I have never been a fan of roller coasters 😊. But one day this life will end as we know it and for those of us who are saved that means, we shall see Him! My preacher and mentor friend has passed from death unto life and is seeing Him. But there have been many days that I have recalled his words to me, “What keeps me going is knowing that one day I shall see Him.”I do not understand how people make it in this world, those who do not have the assurance that they are saved and one day they shall see Jesus. Perhaps this day finds you as it has found me, in a hard place that is trying your faith. Rest your faith in the promise of 1 John 3:2. Remember we shall see Him! Face to face in all of His glory!
