The courts have zero say, in what congress does, or allows. Of the three TRI-EQUAL branches of the government, they are the weakest with the least influence, authority. Their job is to interpret laws passed, as Constitutional or not, and settle disputes, according to the Constitution, rights, and viable laws on the books. They CANNOT DICTATE TO POTUS, NOR CONGRESS, TO PREVENT THEIR CONSTITUTIONAL DUTIES.
