For anyone discussing this.... Trump is referring to the STOCK price of gasoline, not the RETAIL price. Notice in his post he didn't specify either. This is from two different sources showing the same thing. Gasoline price at $2.02 which is 4 cents off of $1.98(close enough) and Crude at $58 a barrel. Crude down 25% on the year and gas down 20%.
