At that time, the COVID19 snakejabs were already available, though not enforced yet.Yet, most people in developed countries quickly jumped on board on their own: they volunteered their own bodies for the mass biological experimentation worldwide. Education has done its job in well-indoctrinating the public mindset. In under-developed countries such as Haiti and some other African nations, the COVID19 snakejabs were unaccessible. Under-developed countries also do not have as much access to 5G as compared to developed nations. Perhaps that was why they had one of the lowest COVID19 death rates. Haiti was not alone in this: some of the African nations too, had one of the lowest COVID-19 death rates. The "experts" were puzzled because they can't tell the truth. Stay puzzled and using "we don't know" as an excuse was the only way out for them. Otherwise, they might reveal the truth about the conspiracy and it might get them into bigger troubles with the Medical Establishment.
